We always inspect our products prior to sending them out to our customers.
- Should you wish to return your order of a leather iphone case following delivery you may do so by informing us within 14 working days of receipt of delivery. We ask you to let us know about this and to email us with your order number saying you wish to return your goods. Personalized products & custom iphone cases can not be returned because all bespoke products are custom made based on your personal choices.
- In order for us to accept the goods you wish to return, they must be in their original packaging, in new condition with all their labels intact. If these terms are not met we will deny acceptance of the products you return and send them back to your address. Personalized products can not be accepted because all bespoke products are custom made and made order based on your personal choices.
- Shipping costs for sending back your goods is your responsibility.
- You should use a well trusted shipping company to return your products back to us. By doing so you are assured the items will never be lost in transit and you can track its progress. If your products are lost during transit we can not be held responsible. If the products arrive damaged we will not accept them and can not be held responsible for their condition.
- Upon arrival of your return products we will inspect them and we will refund only the amount paid for the products without calculating any postage costs for the total amount to be refunded.
- If any of the products you returned to us found to be faulty we will replace it from our stock or we will refund you the total amount including shipping costs . Pay attention : Returns of faulty products will be accepted only if you let us know about it the same day or as soon as you receive the products. Used products will not be accepted as defective.
- If you changed your mind and you wish to change something in your order , for example you want a different colour than the colour you ordered you have to get in touch with is. As soon as we receive your returned item we will ship out the new product you asked us for and your only responsibility is the shipping costs. Personalized products can not be accepted because all bespoke products are custom made and made order based on your personal choices.
Changed your mind / Cancelations
Get in touch via email as soon as possible after you place your order. There is a very small time period where we can change your order. If you have ordered a personalized products and the manufacturing process has started, we will not be able to make any changes, therefore we ask you to make sure the personalized products you are ordering are exactly what you want.
